American Pride Xpress Carwash

Beware!!!! I hate to leave a bad review again, but my previous issues are still unresolved and I again get no reply from anybody in their office after leaving messages. I was unknowingly enrolled in their membership and charged $50 each month. Despite calling numerous times to cancel I am still being charged several months later. I was finally contacted back and issued a refund at one time and told my membership was canceled however I have been charged hundreds of dollars more since. This unwanted membership is still not canceled. I have called my credit card company and will need to do so again and this is really frustrating. I am leaving this in hopes that I will be contacted back and issued another refund and that my membership will finally be cancelled. I was initially signed up by an attendant stationed at the entrance who pushed the buttons for me and signed me up unknowingly. My license plate was entered wrong so on the only two occasions I visited after I still paid separately, not knowing I had the membership. Please contact me back and correctly cancel my membership this time around.

All right, my review about this car wash is based on my first visit as I’m new in the area. ✅access to the building is fine, safe and accessible. ✅customer service was great. Jamel, the young man at the entrance, was friendly, respectful and gave me options. He explained the benefits and was willing to help. Five stars ⭐️ for Jamel. ❌car wash process inside was very noisy and I thought “I’ll destroy my car if I come through this wash service for a year “. Maybe it was simply feeling as I used to wash my car in a quieter wash station. 3 stars ⭐️ ✅car was very clean after all and that’s more important! 5 stars ⭐️ Hey ! This comment can be weird but the towels really clean my car windows and dry my car! I hate when the windows get grassy etc👍🏻 ✅mat wash perfect items for drying them. ✅💸money matters! I was offered a membership for $10 monthly and can wash my car many times I want for this month (one wash per day). Good deal! because I used to spend $25/30 monthly. Overall, clean, save, accessible, affordable place that I truly recommend!

Carwash is trash. Doesn’t even get bugs off your windshield. Does not thoroughly clean your car for $22 for a midtier wash. No spray bottles so they give “cleaner infused towels” which are dry if you get there much less than an hour after they open. Would be one star but the vacuums are ok.

Stopped by American Pride Xpress Carwash for a quick wash and overall had a good experience. The process was fast and easy, and I like that it’s truly express — in and out without wasting time. The car came out pretty clean, and the vacuum area was convenient and well stocked. It can get busy depending on the time of day, and the wash isn’t always 100% perfect, but for a quick, affordable clean it does the job. Good option if you’re looking for something fast and hassle-free.

I got a Free Graphene Extreme service and really loved the difference of cleaning and brightness you can see in your car after washing. Is worth the work. Place is presentable from agents to environment. Everything looks clean and neatly. Service is fast, agents are approachable and quality on products speaks to themselves.
